March - 2015, Stationery Collection Drive.
"Padega India Tabhi Toh Badega India"
Most of young children in India have to stay at home due to poverty and lack of educational opportunities around. Sometimes, they indulge in household work or child labour.
Considering this fact, on 22nd March 2015. Team Khushi organized a drive for Stationery Collection Drive “PADEGA INDIA TABHI TO BADEGA INDIA” in Sainik Colony, Sector-49, Faridabad. The response was very good from the people and we received lots of stationery like Note Books, Pen, Pencils, Sharper, Erasers, Scales, Water Bottles, School Bags etc.
The collected material was delivered to support the schools e.g. Roshni Education Society & Jagriti School of Sainik Colony and couple of other schools in nearby areas. We believe that we contributed a bit for the education of many deprived children.
